I believe everything in life contributes to who you are. And everything that has come before has led me to this profession.
I received my training to practice Holistic Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories – combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. I hold a certificate from the Columbia University Teachers College and I am certified by the American Academy of Drugless Practicioners (AADP).

In addition to consulting with private clients, I assist Dr. Bruce Sokoloff, MD an Internist with Total Access Medical, with health and nutrition coaching. Find out more about Dr. Sokoloff’s practice, visit Total Access Medical.
I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences and served as a certified parent educator with the Parents as Teacher’s Program, a nationwide program to educate first time parents in the developmental aspects of their children. I am a mother of two teenage boys and have been married for 25 years!
Growing up in a family-owned catering and restaurant business, I have developed a passion for all types of foods, food preparation and entertaining. Over the years though I have grown to understand the effects of food on lifestyle and health. I practice yoga, pilates, meditation and hypnotherapy to help me stay calm and stress free. I have personal experience with food allergies and gluten and dairy sensitivities. Our family has also managed through children with ADHD, digestive disorders and learning differences. You are not alone. Together we can help you and your family stay healthy!
